I am answering in respect of a 20-day radiotherapy series, as an outpatient, so some questions aren't relevant. But the questionnaire demands answers so I've put 3 for these.
Could you not add an N/A or D/K tick-box?
Suggested improvements
My treatment was on a Varian True-Beam machine. It has various different components which circulate around you...it would be nice to be given a brief technical explanation as to what each of these do. Only once in the 20-day programme is enough, and the briefing only needs to take 2 minutes max. THEN when people ask you about your treatment you can give them a better answer !
Otherwise I have only praise and admiration for the tteatment and the radiotherapy department staff.
