The Royal Marsden is the best hospital I have been in.
The staff are cheerful, approachable and knowledgeable and the hospital is kept immaculately clean. The general atmosphere, including the mood of the patients, is one of optimism and confidence. Any problems are met with alacrity and thoroughness. It is hard to pick fault with such well honed perfection.
Suggested improvements
I cannot suggest anything that the Royal Marsden need improve. Remarkably every base seems to be covered. It is a nonpareil of hospitals.
