All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The doctors, consultants and nurses were helpful and welcomed my questions. I felt heard and in safe hands. I also appreciated that all the team were women, it was one of the best hospital experiences iv ever had.
Suggested improvements
I felt very faint after the biopsy and the nurse was extremely helpful and caring but I think quite new to the role and she slightly panicked which made me a little more worried, she and the rest of the team were so helpful and caring so want to ensure she also feels encouraged.
