very professional all round. When I mentioned a further lump that worried me, medical staff took this seriously and were very helpful.

Suggested improvements
I was in for MWA on metasteses in my liver. Not a big deal, but did involve general anaesthetic. Perhaps i should have been warned to empty my bladder before going under, and certainly should have removed my underpants. Not sufficiently warned about gassiness and bloating after anaesthetic -- perhaps shd have been advised not to eat anything solid on the day of the procedure. I had shepherd's pie from the call menu and suspect that this led to several days of very uncomfortable windiness, compounded by constipation. Now understand that painkillers in anaesthetic injection often cause constipation, and it might have helped if i had started on the laxatives earlier. Incidentally, the salt level in the shepherd's pie was extraordinarily high, which doesnt sit well in a hospital.
