There was a slightly longer delay than normal, but that is not to be expected at sometimes patients require more time with the doctor. My main concern is setting an appointment to get a scan. In the past four years I have gone to the reception and negotiated a date and time. Today I was just told that I will be sent a letter sometime in the future. I am now concerned that I may not get a scan before my next appointment or that I will be given a difficult time.
