I have become very familiar with the weekly visits of the Haematology Clinic and always feel very comfortable waiting for my appointments. The receptionist are always polite and friendly and the Friend's Cafe volunteers always busy and committed to their jobs. I think the blood nurses do an amazing job and are always sensitive to my situation. There is great respect and camaraderie among all the staff ad as such the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A special mention for Shona who came up now to chat and check if all is OK. She does this with everyone - she's a ray of sunshine. :-)
