I was very impressed by the expertise and compassion of the staff. The ward (Wilson) was also very well managed. (I was a manager myself). -Particularly impressed by the quality of the food. -An example of the level of care - I asked reception to find out whether the patient was being triaged. They said they would send a manager to the ward to assess me. Ward was cold!
