It was lovely when staff look you in the eye when introducing themselves. (Not all did so). Wonderful to see smiley, happy staff. Am impressed with their professionalism. Always helpful when I've requested things. Too cheery - sometimes when you are feeling poorly Calibration needed of the patients state of mind perhaps e.g 2.00 am - quiet, gentle approach. I certainly didn't want to talk.
