Everything was absolutely fabulous. You are such a caring group of staff, everyone goes that extra mile to care for the patients. In addition the ward is quite incredibly clean. Well done!! The entertainment system is great, but please add some films!!

The care was excellent. I was looked after by a number of different nurses who were unfailingly cheerful, capable and helpful. The whole staff made my stay as smooth and unstressful as possible. A big thank-you.

My experience as a patient being treated at the Royal Marsden, Chelsea has been very good. I would go further by saying it is the best treatment and experience I have had as a patient, who has had a fair stint of being an in-patient and an out-patient in number of other hospitals.
The oncologists and staff working in the sarcoma Unit are the very best, in my opinion. They work long hours but the team I’m under are always willing to go the extra mile, with a smile even when they are tired.
It is my hope other hospitals can learn from the dedicated way the Royal Marsden, Chelsea treat its patients.

I can only say that everyone that I came in contact with at the Royal Marsden where exceptionally happy, kind and thoughtful and made my experience so much easier. In my case there is nothing I would change.

I was seen by the surgeon within 10 mins of my given appointment time. Both Mr Hayes and Nim were very professional but also very friendly. I came away very confident that my situation will be dealt with quickly and correctly.
