Streamlining the system for accessing ports - queues for blood tests are often long and this is understandable, but having a port puts you at a significant disadvantage because when you reach the front of the queue you are put to one side often behind many other 'port patients' who are already waiting for the one member of staff (which may take 20 - 40 minutes per patient) and it doesn't.
Staff keep you informed even if there is sometimes a delay in starting the treatment. Staff are always willing to try to help whatever the need.
The staff are relaxed and calm but always very efficient and totally professional.
Hannah (the nurse who treated me today) did the faslodex injections almost painlessly and was fantastically kind and helpful.
Very friendly and caring staff. Friendly atmosphere all round. Very reassuring care.
Outstanding in every way!
Everything good but sometimes long waiting times.
The care couldn't have been better. It has obviously been thought about, worked on and treated until perfect, which is how I see it now.
Everything was very good.
