The nurses, doctors and healthcare assistants were very friendly and nice but I wasn't very happy with the hygiene of the whole room I was in, there was rubbish under the bed and tables, I stayed 3 days and saw no cleaning, the toilet/bathroom was disgusting, they left urine bowls on the floor throughout my whole stay. It was smelly and could catch any sort of bad bacteria. My bed got changed daily but the table and my surroundings weren't even wiped once..

All the nurses were nice and kind especially Halima who looked after me for my time here. There is nothing to improve as everything is good.
