Mum was left waiting for a bed for 12 hours, finally getting her bed at 11pm the night before her kidney transplant surgery, she’s 73 years of age and I find this absolutely disgusting how she can be treated like this.
Nurses continuously sent to find out when the bed would be made available but never returned with any information.
