They need to give medicines at appropriate times. E.g calcichew ten mins before food. Lanzoprolze 30mins before food. They should know why the patient is there. E.g I had a virus and was exhausted and unattended in the side room for a week. Medicine such as antibiotic s should not be wasted. My cannella was removed the nurse tipped the antibiotics into the sick and said bye she was off on holiday to Madrid. There was a change over. My daughter stayed the night to alert the night staff that antibiotics were not given. Only because she was there they put in another cannella and drip. You should not make personal comments to unwell patients e.g your legs are skinny, you smell, your short.
