Generally good, although night shift nurses do sometimes make some noise

I was treated at the Princess Grace Hospital but my meetings with Dr Alibhai were at the Royal London Hospital and so I haven't got much experience dealing with Royal London Staff, however the staff that I have dealt with have been fantastic.

I was rushed to The Royal London Hospital from Barnet General Hospital back in January 2020 having had a terrible fall at my Mother’s house. I suffered multiple fractures in my right knee and right shoulder and fractured my left wrist. I was treated so well before and after my surgery by the staff. I was on the 10th floor and was extremely lucky to have a room to myself. Food was generally good and the cleanliness of the ward and my room was excellent...lovely cleaner who worked very hard. Physios were excellent, Catherine and Frankie who helped me a lot in the beginning of my road to recovery. Paul and Laura were great nurses especially Laura who really got me through some rough times. Would definitely recommend this Hospital to anyone. Save the NHS and keep the nurses safe.
