I was admitted to Room 10 for shoulder replacement surgery. The receptionist greeted me in and showed me to my room. She was kind.
The admission nurse Rachel explained clearly what would happen. Paul in theater was kind and thoughtful. Bernie and Georgina cared for me overnight. I felt safe with their observations of me. Nothing was too much trouble. The Housekeeping staff were helpful and kind with drinks and food. Rebecca and Lucy helped my safe discharge. Physiotherapists Laura and Frances advised me. The wonderful atmosphere you work hard to create and maintain helps healing tremendously.
