This place is the worst mental health hospital my mum has ever been admitted to and she has been in several. The grounds and hospital look lovely and my mum said the food was excellent, but the staff are rude, they do not return your call, they refused to send me a complaints form and their complaints policy. They kept my mum waiting hours for her medication and tried to discharge her in a taxi to her home address when she was suffering from paranoia and dillusions. They use agency staff who do not know who is on call in case of an emergency and my mum only stayed here for a week. Avoid this hospital it is the worst place for vulnerable patients with mental illness.
