This hospital is to be avoided at all costs: very poor communication from the staff, messages from family not communicated to the patient over a period of 3 weeks. No involvement of patient in their treatment, no explanation of what the prescribed medication is, its benefits and side effects. So called therapeutic activities are aimed at 4 year olds, not fully grown adults. General hygiene is very poor, rests of food from the previous night can be found on the dining room tables at breakfast. Staff regularly demolishes the food trolley before patients had a time to make their choices. all this is far from the nurturing environment one would expect to be in place for patients to get better. The methods used there are absolutely inadequate in the 21st century.
