Very poor experience of admissions process.
Lack of continuity of staff.
Some nursing staff particularly night staff and several HCAs were excellent. However some staff lacked any respect when addressing patients.
Had to check my own medication for errors.
Regularly felt that I was not being listened to.
Therapy staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Did not uphold confidentiality agreement by including personal details/experiences that I had asked be kept confidential being included in a letter to my parents. (I am in my twenties).
Rushed catch ups with consultant ad hawk
Inaccurate records on occasion.
Very unsatified with the treatment received.
