Not any sort of respite ,staff were only interested in themselves or talking all night so I could not sleep ,The quiet time after eating turned into a chatting session for the staff and was very invasive ,a member of staff looking after me one day was drugged on strong painkillers for her back and could barely communicate .One toilet on floor only for patients and staff to which staff were always in them with no thought if patients .Very little empathy ,therapy good but some patients not fit for it and were very unwell ,very disorganised ,staff more concerned about getting there own food than helping patients with theirs ,could not wait to get on the next plane home ,as for private health care ,it’s very disappointing in this unit ,it made my eating disorder and depression worse .
