I had my surgery with Mr Ntanos at the Pines. I would like to thank all the staff at the pines for treating me with the utmost respect and care. I was made to feel at ease from the second I stepped into the hospital. The facilities are clean and modern, the food was completely different to the stereotypical hospital food, it was restaurant quality.
I was kept calm and laughing whilst being escorted to theatre which massively helped calm my anxiety. I had round the clock care and would like to especially thank Rachel for looking after me during the night, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
I can't think of any constructive criticisms, I think its a well oiled ship and serves patients well, from my experience. Thank you very much.
