I thought I had checked into a 5 star hotel!
Well that was until they came for me for the surgery! However even that was done with professionalism and humour. There was nothing I could fault from the stay. All staff were professional (cleaner to surgeon), kind, had a sense of humour and stopped to chat. They all seemed to accept a collective responsibility to make my stay pleasant as well as healing. And it worked on both counts.
