Lazy diagnostics - blame mental health for physical symptoms, despite having this ruled out by clinical psychologist in complex trauma service
Completely misunderstood my symptoms.
Made assumptions that were inaccurate - like, I had a one off neuro physio assessment and they wrote in my clinic letter that I used my wheelchair rather than walk like I do in physio. Make it up as they go along.
Basically wasted 18 months where I could have been seeing someone who actually wanted to help
