The overall experience of using the Montefiore Hospital was excellent.
The whole hospital is very clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and quick to send you off in the right direction. My appointments were always on time, were never lengthy and served their exact purpose. On the day of my operation from being welcomed and taken to my room right through to being escorted off of the premises some nine hours later the whole experience was first class. All of those involved should be very proud of the service that they provided me with.
