I found the administration side of my treatment very frustrating with everything having to be done using Spirehealth care,rather than a simple text or phone call.Orginal operation cancelled due to technical fault but then had to chase for new date,new appointments made but only notified by a covid text which then made me to log into Spire account to see why.
