Initial impression - clean, professional, efficient.
In patient experience - well run hospital, no delays - treated on the appointed day/time.
An abundance of staff both medical and ancillary all of whom demonstrated a high level of professionalism, cleanliness and care.
Each of the departments/personnel were not only highly professional but also demonstrated a genuine interest in patient wellbeing with respect shown at all times.
