This is a hospital that you can feel, that you will receive the treatment you need with total confidence. The private room I was in, was far better than some hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all doing a good job where my treatment was concerned, and that also includes the catering side. Well done.

The BMI Meriden Hospital Coventry looked after me very well. They kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone treated me with respect and nothing was too much trouble in these difficult times.The private room was perfect with TV and en suite facilities. The food was very good I enjoyed the full english breakfast! I would recommend the BMI to anyone.

The only element I didn't like was the rush to decide what anaesthetic for a full knee replacement to use on the morning of the surgery, felt it was rushed, not all effects explained and as a result I was quite ill after. Most of the nurses were very good and caring. I only had one who was rough and not considerate of the operation flinging my leg about after a full knee operation. Night staff on the evening of my operation were fantastic, couldn't ask for more when I was feeling unwell and unable to get out of bed
