Some nurses 10/10, some 7/10. Healthcare assistants very good. Cleaners, porters, and waiters excellent. Receptionist on ward could have been more helpful and not so indifferent. Physiotherapy team excellent.

All the staff were wonderful. The room was clean, the food excellent and nurses answered the bell very quickly. I felt very safe and comfortable while recovering from surgery, although sad that I couldn’t take full advantage of the wonderful menu

Initial impression - clean, professional, efficient. In patient experience - well run hospital, no delays - treated on the appointed day/time. An abundance of staff both medical and ancillary all of whom demonstrated a high level of professionalism, cleanliness and care. Each of the departments/personnel were not only highly professional but also demonstrated a genuine interest in patient wellbeing with respect shown at all times. Exceptional - thank you.

An excellent hospital with state of the art medical accommodation. The care provided was brilliant and the food was of excellent quality and a wide range of variety. The hospital was clean and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing throughout. The physiotherapy care provided before during and after my hospital stay was exemplary. I can thoroughly recover The Meriden as an excellent hospital. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The service provided all staff at the Meriden hospital was wonderful, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital. There is only one minor issue, car parking is limited resulting in some congestion on the road leading to the carpark and causing delay getting to appointments.

The hospital was easy to park at and clean when inside. Staff were really helpful aswell. Dr Faiz Hashmi handled my case and explained what was going to happen and handled my surgery well.

My room was clean at all times and the bedclothes changed very frequently. The food was very good and the kitchen staff were always happy to cater to your individual taste. The nursing team were fantastic. If needed, they came to you within a couple of minutes and always looked happy to assist you. I had a problem with very low blood pressure and the nurses were extremely efficient at dealing with me but in a caring manner too. Have nothing negative to say about my accommodation or the medical staff or the housekeeping staff. All super. One constructive suggestion ( and this is definitely NOT a complaint) is that maybe a spare room could be allocated as a kind of day room for patients who might like to socialise a little with other patients. Having your own lovely room and bathroom is great but there were times when I’d have enjoyed a chat with someone else who’d had same procedure. Nice to compare notes.

The Meriden Hospital and all their staff were at all times professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is odd to say it was a pleasure to be in hospital and have 2 major operations within 8 weeks of each other, but that is exactly what it was. Every member of staff treated me with respect, and compassion. This was a 10/10 service and completely faultless. Thank you

Meridan Hospital was very clean , nice environment, friendly staff.
