Although we started on shakey ground - the initial operation date was moved by 1 week, due to technical issues - the actual operation more than made up for the wait. All the staff, from the cleaner and ancilliary staff, up to the Consultant, could not be more supportive.
8 weeks on from the operation, I feel like a new man. During the operation, more work was required than initially considered. This was explained to me in great detail - using understandable words, as against latin. This helped me focus on recuperation exercises specific to my operation.
