Overall I received very good care at The Manor at the end of November 2022. The staff were caring and treated me courteously. An area that I’d suggest could be improved is the written communication. The written instructions for coming into hospital were sometimes confusing and often contradictory. This may be because some of the documents were written in the “height of Covid”. The pre-operative assessment was helpful because it cleared up many of my questions but those questions mostly arose from the muddled instructions in the written documents.
