The care was brilliant. The admin from the Manor Surgery was really disappointing. My mother had to physically go in to make the MRI appointment as there were no email/ phone replies. I couldn’t move at all at that point and desperate. My consultant had physically hand delivered the request so the inactivity from the Manor was very surprising!
