I was merely seen as an outpatient on two occasions. On both I was directed to the correct waiting area where it was warm, comfortable and coffee and tea were available. there were newspapers and magazines to read. It was clean tidy and comfortable. The toilets were spotless.
The consultation room was spotless, the couch clean and comfortable, the computer termoinal definition of my MRI was excellent.
Basically both I and my wife (another doctor) were very impressed, everything appeared very efficient.
I have no complaints whatsoever, I was most impressed with my consultant who listened made helpful suggestions and gave me excellent advice. I would be very pleased to see him again should it be necessary.
