On a positive note, all the staff from the housekeeping department through to all the professional nursing staff have been excellent. Everyone has been very kind and extremely helpful. One negative point was that at one stage during my stay, building ie carpet replacement and painting works was carried out with little or no notice to both staff and visitors. The directional information was nearly non existent. Visitors had to interrupt staff from their work to be assisted to the relevant wards.
