I have nothing but praise for the support of the Manor Hospital during a hip replacement. The staff were friendly, competent and professional and seemed to enjoy working at the Hospital. Among the many who helped me during my stay Unildia Quadros (HCA) was particularly good at giving explanations.

I thought the staff was nice and helpful
Overall I received very good care at The Manor at the end of November 2022. The staff were caring and treated me courteously.
An area that I’d suggest could be improved is the written communication. The written instructions for coming into hospital were sometimes confusing and often contradictory. This may be because some of the documents were written in the “height of Covid”. The pre-operative assessment was helpful because it cleared up many of my questions but those questions mostly arose from the muddled instructions in the written documents.
The Manor Hospital was also a lovely experience, all of the workers were so kind and considerate and the calm and peaceful environment really puts you at ease. I have been to the Manor Hospital a couple of times now and will definitely return.
I like the services in the hospital. It is clean and the staff are committed to duty. I recommend the hospital to everyone that may need its services.
They didn’t inform me when my surgery was delayed and I had to wait 6 hours in a room but other than that I was pleased
My sinus surgery was carried out by Mr Ali Qureishi ENT at the Manor.
I found the staff very competent and caring. Help was always at hand and the staff both surgical and post operative very attentive to my needs.
I am very thankful for the whole team on day of surgery for looking after me.They made a stressful day much lighter by their cheerful demeanour and great care.
Impossible to telephone this hospital. I’ve tried every number listed and I’m trying to get someone to answer 3 hours later. Totally impossible. I would never again use this hospital. Terrible communication
