As I departed The Lister Hospital, I said I have just had a 5 star experience - forgetting that I was in a hospital and not in a hotel! I could not fault any of the surgical/medical or non-medical staff. They were all amazing, very pleasant and professional regardless of their roles. They were supportive and results focused. It seemed everything worked like clockwork and I was kept informed about all aspects of my surgery and stay. It appears the Hospital has invested well in patient delivery at all levels and no doubt as a result of its commitment to recruitment, retention and training/development initiatives.
