I had a TIA in March and was seen by the stroke department at the Royal Infirmary. They were brilliant. The whole process was so slick - you undergo a series of tests and examinations (including an MRI of the brain) in different areas. We could not believe how efficient the whole process was. After 2/3 hours, all the tests were complete and we were seeing a consultant who you had every confidence in.
Thank you to everyone at the hospital.
