The staff ie reception were great and the majority of the ward staff inmet were good but there was a couple of staff whom I have spoke in person and on the phone too and they were very rude and abrupt
Suggested improvements
Not have a trainer member of staff sent out to receive my daughter back onto the ward and in the process start searching her in the reception area rather then the patient search room with unwanted inappropriate touching of my daughter in front of me and having to be told by myself and daughter that the search is meant to be done in the search room not public
