I feel the majority of staff went out of their way but some could improve on their professionalism.

Certain members of staff could have treated me with more respect.

I feel like I need to be at home

When I arrived to the Ward I was unsure of my rights as they was read to me poorly

My overall experience was very good. But I did not feel safe during an incident with another patient who was restrained as was being violent & an hour later was allowed to walk freely in the communal areas with no chaperone.

During the incident mentioned above, more care could have been done to make sure the said patient was chaperoned throughout the night & next morning or taking to a safe area as the patient has been discharged

Because I'm still here, I haven't been feeling good.

I feel my problem doesn't agree with the trust and would like to go back to my flat.

Very kind & caring people around me, they have been very supportive. When I am a bit low & not feeling well, I will talk to them & they listen to me and spoke to me that I feel like I'm still at yesterday.

Good communication with staff. Involved with activities. Mostly peaceful atmosphere.

Some communication with staff seemed fragmented because of very different people on duty at different days and times.
