I feel like I need to be at home
- When I arrived to the Ward I was unsure of my rights as they was read to me poorly

Very kind & caring people around me, they have been very supportive. When I am a bit low & not feeling well, I will talk to them & they listen to me and spoke to me that I feel like I'm still at yesterday.

I feel the majority of staff went out of their way but some could improve on their professionalism.
- Certain members of staff could have treated me with more respect.

My overall experience was very good. But I did not feel safe during an incident with another patient who was restrained as was being violent & an hour later was allowed to walk freely in the communal areas with no chaperone.
- During the incident mentioned above, more care could have been done to make sure the said patient was chaperoned throughout the night & next morning or taking to a safe area as the patient has been discharged
