Used the minor injuries service after a fall and injury to my head. I was assessed, had xrays taken, reviewed and discharged quickly (within 3hrs). The entire team (from receptionist, radiographer and both doctors I saw) were very friendly, informative and helped put be at ease.
I needed to use a follow up clinic the next week, which I felt was also thorough and staff made me feel at ease.
