My son had an op here when he was 9 months old, as parents we were able to stay at the Ronald Macdonald house so we could be close to him. The staff throughout the hospital and within RMH were all so nice, caring and efficient. Our stay, although a very traumatic time, was made much better by the welcome we received within every department we visited. I love the touch of having the play specialists on the children’s wards, it’s a lovely distraction for the children and a welcomed break by the parents.
I have had experience with this hospital previously too, 11 years ago my father had a brain tumour operated on here and the staff were just as lovely then.
