My daughter spent 9 days in neurosurgery- major op, 26 hours in ICU, 4 days in HDU and 4 days in neurosurgical ward. Everyone was perfect. So much help and needs were understood. We understood the stranglehold this govt has put on the Nhs and support all our nhs staff fully. In the whole time, we must have had over 30 different nurses with us and only one let us down. The others were phenomenal. Selfless and helpful. We are forever grateful.
