It took a while for the receptionists to see me, even though there was no one waiting ahead of me. I was not asked if I was in pain or told how long it would take to see the triage nurse. Aside from this, all members of staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The triage and x-ray nurses were very calming and helpful and the entire visit was reasonably expedient.
