Took 3 hours to receive full care expected on the day. Others arriving at same time took less than two. Information on why such time was need was not forthcoming and eventually learned that records were in different storage that required more time. Other observations led be to think that some equipment needed for my appointment was 'missing' and that extra time was needed to locate it. Positive interactions with staff and in positive care received.
