All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. I felt I could ask them any questions. I felt informed about what was happening. Cannot think of any improvements.

Obviously the waiting time. If the goverment would charge imagrants prehams they could afford to save our precious N.H.S and the wonderful staff
