Nurses were good. Consultants always late on rounds. Some were arrogant, rude, reluctant to answer

We arrived in the middle of the night so were not given information about the ward and where to find toilets etc. It would be good to have been given this in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful and caring to both myself and my baby.

All nurses are very friendly, and check if all is ok at regular intervals, the only thing that could be improved is that I had to ask about things that we were waiting to know as no one came back to us, but I understand it is busy and all staff try their best to keep us up to date. So otherwise it is all good.

The hospital staff were very kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable. I did become bored whilst waiting for my mother but a volunteer came and sat with me to keep me company. She was very kind and professional. Thank you for all your help.

Very attentive nurses and I felt well looked after. Everything was explained to me. No complaints about Beech ward or intensive care.
