My consultant Mr Burgess was very helpful and informative. Communication between the team of doctors needs to be improved as there was a lack of care due to poor communication and no decision making. On the whole the nursing staff were good again communication was lacking.

I have had a lovely time here, everyone made me feel at home. This is my first stay in a hospital over 21 years and the quality of care was higher than I expected, even the food (I was expecting plane food) but what I received was much better. I wish I didn't have to spend my boxing day in hospital, but I couldn't have asked for anyone better than the team on this ward.
