At Great Western Hospital I felt very well cared for. Everyone I encountered was courteous, helpful and kind and cheerful. They took the time to give excellent service at a difficult time for me and the other breast cancer patients. The reception area at the hospital was excellent, very helpful.

Very easy process. Arrived early to get seen and was amazed at how organised the centre was.
Suggested improvements
Signs to say what to do before the staff had opened the reception. Wasn’t sure if I had to sit and wait or knock in the window to let someone know why I had come.

They’re a really lovely team and the nurse I’ve seen twice is really reassuring and the fact that she remembered me made me feel like I wasn’t just another face in the day to day, they actually care and want to help

This is the best service in any NHS setting I have ever received. I was taken aback how much care and time I was given by the department. They were so thorough. I truly believe the rest of the NHS could learn a lot from this department.
