I get that things are stretched/no staff etc. however, This is genuinely the worst service imaginable. I don’t understand why they bother even taking anyone on. I don’t actually get what they do. Ive been totally neglected by them for months and non of my paper work even got done by my so called support worker that didn’t care less about me. Awful. Feel worse than how I did before being referred here. Just don’t bother they just play down your problems anyway and try to gaslight you into thinking there’s nothing actually wrong with you.
