giant waste of space just want rid of patients don’t listen to you then they finally offer something to try help but it’s in a group situation to which i explained numerous times i can’t deal with groups i am not in the right mental place for it and its causing me serious distress trying to force myself to do the group when i explained i made the choice to put my mental health first and not make myself worse they decided that means i am not engaging so discharged me yet i said i would try anything they could offer that wasn’t in group situations but that isn’t good enough because the nhs only offers group work even if it causes serious distress but that’s our good old nhs for you no wonder the suicide rates are so high in this area
