Excellent care.
My care was excelent.
My only complaint is the food.
This was my first experience of an NHS hospital for 40+ years. The nurses do a great job, but the form filling they have to do threatens the quality of actual nursing care. Leading up to this operation I personally filled in so many forms that asked the same questions I wonder just how much.
The major problem with my visit was the constant transferring of my bed from ward to ward. Its not a major problem when you consider the hard work the staff have to do but when you're old and tried its a drain.
Everybody is so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them. Happy and helpful.
The whole experience was incredible.
Thank you for all the hard work of your staff, from initial contact with reception to discharge great care and concern shown. Great team work!
Excellent care from arrival at reception to final day's release. Every member of staff from meal servers to nurses to operating staff have to be commended.
Improvement:
Standards of cleanliness in the ward/ bathrooms worked from day 1 to day and need addressing.
All staff from the highest to the lowest are very pleasant and efficient in their duties. Always cheerful and understanding of the patients need no matter how difficult the circumstances.
One or two looks for.
Good food.
Clean condition.
Much attention.
I was very happy.
As on another form I was generally happy but one or two nurses were less helpful and less cheerful than others.
