All the staff I met were lovely and so kind and friendly.
All the people that cared for me whilst I was in hospital were fantastic. From the receptionist , porters, nurses, anaethetist, theatre staff, recovery nurses, caterers, physiotherapists nothing was too much trouble and being in hospital was a very pleasant experience.
The discharge went well and I was allowed to home on the second day after the operation. The physio and nurses ensured I was mobile and able to walk and I have been given a number of exercises to aid recovery.
I am still getting regular physio and all is going to plan.
All good
All staff were kind, caring understanding, and treated me as an individual. Nothing was too much trouble.
The professional skills were of a high standard and the facility was receptive to a high standard of rest, recovery and rehabilitation
One observation I would make ( though I have not personally been affected) is that patients have to ascend a few stairs to the consulting rooms to Mr Frandon and other consultants to the waiting area. I have seen at least 2 elderly patients really struggle with this situation.
